Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two reliable shipping methods to get your work footwear to you:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (orders over $50): Delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after shipment
Note for International Customers: We ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

Return Policy Details
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Exceptions: For safety reasons, Safety Toe Boots and Safety Toe Shoes that show signs of wear or have been used in work environments cannot be returned

Step 2: Package Your Items
Once approved:
- Securely package items in original packaging with all tags attached
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip

Important: Use a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and customs fees.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:

- Timeline: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we process your return. Shipping times follow our standard delivery schedule.
