Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged merchandise in its original packaging with all tags attached. Your satisfaction is as important to us as the durability of our safety boots.

Important Exceptions

For safety reasons, Safety Toe Boots and Safety Toe Shoes that show signs of wear or have been used in work environments cannot be returned due to potential compromise of their protective features.

How to Return or Exchange

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once approved, securely package the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timeline: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we process your return. Shipping times follow our standard delivery schedule.

Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns

Customers outside the United States are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We cannot refund original shipping charges for international orders.
